We want you to love your Labret jewelry. If an item isn’t quite right, you have 30 days from the purchase date to request an exchange.

To be eligible, your return must meet the following conditions:

The item is in perfect, unworn condition.
It is returned in its original packaging.
Please reuse the original shipping box or a secure alternative to ensure it arrives safely.
We cannot accept items that are received damaged or show signs of wear.

Items purchased during a special promotion may be subject to specific return terms, as stated at the time of purchase.
As our jewelry is crafted from natural materials, slight variations are characteristic and not considered a defect.
