Your comfort and safety are our priority. All tools are single-use and sterilized, opened in front of you. We’ll disinfect the area and then carefully mark the precise piercing location, adjusting until it feels perfectly right for you.

You’ll be guided to take a slow breath. As you exhale, the needle passes through—often described as a quick pinch. The jewelry is then gently placed. The moment is swift, handled with expert focus, and centered entirely on your comfort.

We pierce from age 5 and up! All minors (ages 5 - 17) must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

All our piercing jewelry is made of 14K solid gold. All of our piercing studs also have flatback implant grade titanium LABRETS.

For Adults, we pierce up to 4 piercings in one appointment. For anyone under the age of 12, we pierce up to 2 piercings in one appointment and only pierce lobes.

We begin with a conversation to understand your vision. We’ll discuss placement and guide you through our jewelry options to find the perfect piece for your anatomy and style. Using a small, sterilized marker, we’ll mark the precise spot and check it together until it feels exactly right for you. Nothing happens until you approve.

Preparation: A Sterile Environment
Your safety is our foundation. All needles are single-use, and you’ll see every tool opened from sterile packaging. Any instrument that is not disposable, such as a clamp used for precise positioning, is sterilized in our medical-grade autoclave after each use—the same standard trusted by dental and medical clinics.

This is the quickest part. You’ll be guided to take a slow breath. As you exhale, the needle passes through. The sensation is often described as a quick, focused pinch. The jewelry is then gently placed. We pierce with a slightly longer post to give your ear space to heal comfortably.

Before you leave, we’ll provide everything you need for a confident recovery: a complimentary NeilMed Aftercare Spray, a clear aftercare guide, and a reminder for your complimentary downsize appointment in 4-6 weeks. This follow-up ensures your jewelry fits snugly for optimal long-term comfort and healing.

A Note on Healing
Healing is a personal journey. Some initial tenderness and swelling are normal.
Healing times vary, but as a general guide:
Lobes: 6–8 weeks
Cartilage (helix, tragus, etc.): 3–6 months
